Inspired by her children, Jada "Camille" and Jamar "Anthony," La'Vinnia Holliday established Camille Anthony in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2011 after recovering from a significant medical procedure. This journey has been a continuous source of inspiration, vision, and passion as she merges the realms of fashion, art, and music. With her unique perspective, she consistently pushes boundaries with every collection, revolutionizing women’s swimwear and redefining the poolside and beach experience to be filled with joy and confidence.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, her affection for sunny beaches and palm trees endured even after her family moved to Birmingham. Her passion for fashion began with a simple sketch of her dream prom dress in the 10th grade. Although she missed her prom, her interest in fashion never wavered. A few years post-graduation, La’Vinnia agreed to showcase during a local college fashion show, and despite having no sewing background, she embarked on her self-taught design journey, and in two weeks designed a twelve-piece collection. after handcrafting each piece in her studio.

La'Vinnia's commitment to her craft and community extends far beyond the garments she creates. She believes in the transformative power of fashion and aims to inspire confidence and self-expression in every woman who dons her designs. Her collections are celebrated for their bold colors, innovative cuts, and intricate details, reflecting her belief that swimwear should be as unique and vibrant as the individuals who wear it.

Her dedication to nurturing emerging talent is evident in her work with the Poze Bazaar Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization she established in 2021. The foundation focuses on raising awareness about the importance of creative arts, culture, and education while supporting the growth and development of future artists. A portion of her sales is contributed to the Poze Bazaar Foundation, Inc.

In addition to her commitment to the foundation, she enjoys life’s simple pleasures with her beloved children. She values moments spent in local gardens and parks and participates in community events that celebrate culture and the arts, fostering connections and enjoying the vibrant tapestry of creativity and communal spirit.
