Your billing and mailing address must be a complete match. If it's not a complete match you will be asked to verify your order. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled. Please make sure your address is correct and updated before your package is shipped. Once shipped you'll be responsible to contact the shipping company to make changes to your order.

EXAMPLE: If you live in an apt complex you MUST include your apt number to make sure you receive your order. We are NOT responsible for mistakes on addresses.


Any package returned to Camille Anthony SWIM ( local or international ) due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply. If you would like to request for a signature for your package please add a note to your order at checkout.



We ship Monday – Friday, via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fedex. You'll receive an email with your tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped. We do not ship on Federal Holidays or weekends. Most orders will ship in five (5) BUSINESS days, when experiencing high volume your order will be shipped in the order it was received.  Once the order is shipped, your order will arrive to your destination in the time frame specified by the shipping method selected. 


If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST during the week, processing will start the following business day. 


If for any reason your package is delayed by the shipping service, Camille Anthony SWIM is not liable.

If you purchase Rush without contacting us first then it's not considered Rush anymore. Due the overwhelming demands we must be notified via email before selecting the Rush option.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Any orders that are made over the weekend will be processed the following Business day.


During high volume of sales or during any massive sales promotion all orders are attended to in the order we receive them. 


International orders:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Standard Air Shipping (Arrives up to 3-4 business days 5 business days processing)



Express Air (Arrives in 2-3 business day if order is placed by 1pm EST)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (2-5 DAYS for shipping only)

International Rush orders does not mean RUSH processing. The amount paid is for the shipping only. We do not have Rush processing for international orders.


**All international packages may be processed through customs regulations, which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

**Once a package has left our facilities any possible delays in the delivery of your package are responsibility of the shipping company ( Fedex or USPS). Camille Anthony SWIM is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping company, we have no control over the package once it’s been sent. 


** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Camille Anthony SWIM is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.**


Undeliverable International shipment:

If your package is undeliverable and returned to sender due to an invalid address or any other reason provided by the shipping courier, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, the cost of returning the package to Camille Anthony SWIM and a reshipment fee will be applied.

Return & Exchange Policy


We will gladly accept your return for a store credit or exchange within 3 business days of delivery for regular priced items. All sale items are final sale. Policy is Strictly Enforced.





Domestic/local orders:

NO RETURNS: We do not accept returns, however, we’ll accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on for an EXCHANGE ONLY or store credit * FOR REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY *. We cannot accept exchanges for another style, all exchanges are restricted to the same Swimsuit. If you must change a style of a Swimsuit or receive store credit you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. 


-Items paid with store credit will only be exchanged ONCE


All coverup, scarves and accessory sales are final - no exceptions. 



Exchange request must be received via email ( ) within 3 days of the delivery date. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days, ABSOLUTELY no exceptions. * FOR REGULAR PRICED ITEMS ONLY * 

Once sent back to our facility a tracking confirmation number must be sent via email.


THE ADDRESS ON OUR WEBSITE IS NOT OUR RETURN ADDRESS. If any package is sent without our acknowledgment you'll be responsible to redirect the package back to you.


All *regular priced* swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, free of make up or deodorant stains, free of odor, sanitary liner must be in place, all tags must be attached and in original packaging for the exchange to be considered valid. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender. 


ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, ALL BLACK FRIDAY SALES ARE FINAL SALE, which means NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. We do not accept exchanges on SALE items, which means if the price is reduced from its regular price then it is considered a sale item. 

-ALL SALE ITEMS (Including Deals with promo codes) ARE FINAL SALE (No Exceptions)

-Items paid with store credit will only be exchange once.

-Only one time exchange per order.

-Claims for damaged goods or any packaging errors need to be e-mailed to us within 24 hours of delivery –


The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments. 


An exchange request must be received within 3 days of delivery. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days.


Uneven Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required.


Shipping: Customer is Responsible for shipping fees to send the exchange back to Camille Anthony SWIM


Exchange Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within a maximum of 5-10 business days, average time for exchange returns are 1-2 business days.


Camille Anthony SWIM uses the finest quality materials available, however, we are not liable for any damage, or fading due to highly chlorinated pools, hot tubs, sand, dirt, and tanning oils deemed as not normal wear and tear, Hot tubs heavily chlorinated pools and lotions may cause yellowing or fading of a swimsuit. These are not considered defects. Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item. Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are not considered a defect or misrepresentation of a product. As these are high-quality products, please be sure to care for your items with care. Once a swimsuit is worn, and the tags are removed, the item(s) may not be returned for any reason.


Order Changes & Cancellations: An order cannot be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of it being placed. Any orders for Pre-Order or Special Order Item(s) cannot be changed or cancelled. 




All coverups are final sale.


We’re happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit on any resort wear garment that is unworn, unwashed, free of make up, free of odor and deodorant stains.
